ZOK gas turbine compressor cleaners remove fouling from compressor blades. In addition, compressor efficiency can be maintained at a high level through online washing or by using high-quality filters.

ZOK 27 – Corrosion-inhibiting gas turbine compressor cleaner. Biodegradable. The benchmark of gas turbine compressor cleaners.

ZOK 27 GS – Corrosion-inhibiting gas turbine compressor cleaner. Specifically developed for use in the North Sea offshore sector. CEFAS approved. Certification no. 30415, valid until 26-09-2027.

ZOK MX – More powerful gas turbine compressor cleaner. Competes with solvent-based compressor cleaners and achieves comparable results.

ZOK MX GS – Gas turbine compressor cleaner. Specifically developed for use in the offshore sector. CEFAS approved. Certification no. 30420, valid until 07-10-2027.

In the past, Skyline Technologies has conducted on-site tests with various customers to demonstrate maximum cleaning performance and to achieve the best online washing results for specific gas turbines in their operating environment.

FILTERS

Minipleat Filter – Used as fine filters. Our filters are equipped with burst protection and are fully potted to provide additional frame strength. Available in various depths: 296, 400, and 410 mm. Offered in filter classes M6 to E14.

In addition to these specialized cylindrical filters for the offshore industry—featuring stainless steel mesh, plastic end caps, and synthetic filter media—we also supply cylindrical filters with galvanized steel end caps and mesh, as well as various types of filter media. Classes F7 to E12.

Bag Filters – Sewn or welded, with the gasket on either the clean or dirty air side. Available in different filter media qualities to achieve, for example, higher dust-holding capacity or hydrophobic properties. Equipped with a plastic frame (fully incinerable) or a metal frame, across filter classes G4 to F9.

Conical–cylindrical filter sets – Designed with the option for pulse cleaning, or with a pre-filter for higher dust-holding capacity in humid or hydrocarbon-rich environments. Available in classes F6 to E12.
